Content License Agreement

This Content License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Arias Visuals ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee") of any digital content. By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital files from our store, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Types

1.1 Standard License

Grants one individual a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content for:

  • Personal projects or internal business use
  • Social media content, blog posts, and digital marketing
  • Printed materials for non-commercial use
  • Website or email graphics

Limitations:

  • Not for resale or redistribution
  • Cannot be used in client work or commercial products

Use limited to one individual only

1.2 Resale License

Includes all rights in the Standard License, plus:

  • Use in end products for sale (e.g., eBooks, templates, merch, printables)
  • Use in print-on-demand (POD) or dropshipping platforms
  • Creation of client deliverables or paid digital downloads

Limitations:

  • License covers use by one person or creator only
  • Cannot resell files as-is or as part of a digital asset bundle
  • Max of 100,000 units sold per design or product

1.3 Commercial Pro License

Designed for teams, agencies, and businesses needing broader usage.

Includes all rights in the Standard and Resale Licenses, plus:

  • Use by multiple team members within the same company or agency
  • Upload to internal shared libraries or content management systems (CMS)
  • Use in unlimited client projects, commercial campaigns, and product lines
  • Unlimited usage in digital/physical products and advertisements
  • Sublicensing to clients only as part of completed, customized deliverables

Limitations:

  • May not resell or redistribute content as standalone files
  • May not create competing stock image libraries or tools
  • License is non-transferable outside of the purchasing entity

2. General Restrictions

Applies to all license types:

  • Do not claim content as your original work
  • Do not use content in obscene, defamatory, or unlawful ways
  • Do not resell, share, or distribute content as-is
  • Do not use for sensitive subjects without proper context

3. Term & Termination

This license is valid from the date of purchase and remains in effect unless terminated due to breach. If terminated, all use must immediately stop and all content must be deleted or destroyed.

4. Warranty & Liability

Licensor warrants ownership and right to license the content. Content is provided "as is" without warranties. Licensor is not liable for any damages resulting from use or misuse.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
